HOW IT WORKS
1 ENROLLMENT
A case manager is assigned to each incarcerated individual to identify any diplomas, licenses, trainings, work experience, and other measurable skills, which are verified and issued as digital credentials.
2 PATHWAYS & GUIDANCE
Common career Pathways with employers committed to fair chance hiring are identified and digitized for individuals to select ahead of their anticipated release date. Individuals work closely with case managers to select a career Pathway.
3 TRAINING WHILE INCARCERATED
Individuals continue earning credentials and skills along the selected Pathway until they are job-ready – such as a GED or degree, vocational training, work experience, and soft skills.
4 EMPLOYMENT
Each Individual receives a verified record
of credentials to share with prospective employers and job opportunities for which they are uniquely qualified.
5 POST-RELEASE GUIDANCE
Individuals are released with everything they need to succeed, including: ongoing case management, software app, digital credentials, additional required training,
and reentry support services.
6 MEASURABLE OUTCOMES
Prison, state, and other administrators can see real-time outcomes of the program to ensure effectiveness and adjust as needed. Administrative dashboard features are designed to meet any custom reporting requirements.
