HOW IT WORKS

ENROLLMENT

A case manager is assigned to each incarcerated individual to identify any diplomas, licenses, trainings, work experience, and other measurable skills, which are verified and issued as digital credentials.

PATHWAYS & GUIDANCE

Common career Pathways with employers committed to fair chance hiring are identified and digitized for individuals to select ahead of their anticipated release date. Individuals work closely with case managers to select a career Pathway.

TRAINING WHILE INCARCERATED

Individuals continue earning credentials and skills along the selected Pathway until they are job-ready – such as a GED or degree, vocational training, work experience, and soft skills.
